01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kricky platform — including its website at kricky.net, any associated mobile web application, or any game or service made available through the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with kricky's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kricky platform and close your account. Continued use of kricky following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. kricky reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and kricky with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The kricky platform is strictly intended for adult players. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a kricky account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your kricky account or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a kricky account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgement or decision-making.

kricky takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. We implement age verification procedures at account registration and may request additional identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, kricky reserves the right to suspend access to all deposit, withdrawal, and gaming functions pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of kricky services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gaming — you must complete the account registration process and pass our identity verification (KYC) procedure. The following rules apply to all kricky accounts:

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kricky account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. kricky reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kricky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. kricky aims to process all KYC document reviews within five (5) business days of submission. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays at withdrawal time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. kricky will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are compromised is your responsibility unless you notify kricky immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account for enhanced security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kricky are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kricky does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently of kricky.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.

kricky reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity is flagged as unusual. A withdrawal may be delayed — but not indefinitely withheld — pending the outcome of a security review. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.

Deposit Limits & Responsible Spending

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings page. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Any request to increase an existing deposit limit will be subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active — this safeguard is in place to protect players from impulsive decisions.

05 Bonus & Promotional Terms

kricky offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotional page for each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses must be claimed and the wagering requirement completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• kricky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Players who have already met the wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will have their eligible withdrawal processed.
• Games may contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are specified on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets. This order cannot be changed by the player.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

kricky regularly runs time-limited promotional campaigns tied to major events relevant to Bangladesh players — including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, and Ramadan. These promotions will have their own specific terms published on the promotions page and sent to opted-in players by email. Seasonal promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions described above unless otherwise stated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money gaming and betting activity conducted on the kricky platform across all product categories — including live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, and cricket & sports betting.

General Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. kricky does not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of system error, game malfunction, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late bet).
• In the event of a game malfunction or system error, kricky reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. In such cases, no winnings will be paid beyond the returned stake.
• kricky uses Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories for all virtual games. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and promotional events. These limits will be displayed in the relevant game information or promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be capped at the maximum win amount.

Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

• All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by kricky's Sports Betting Rules document, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are accurate at the time of display. Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed during periods of high market activity. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event at kricky's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension was triggered will stand; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kricky platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any strategy that kricky determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in multiplayer games, or sharing information that would not otherwise be available to you during a live game.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider (chargeback fraud), using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using kricky as a vehicle to launder funds of any origin. kricky is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of an event on which bets are offered.
• Underage Use: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your kricky account, or registering on behalf of an underage individual.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the kricky platform or its underlying systems.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kricky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following outlines the circumstances under which account action may be taken and the process that follows.

Suspension

A temporary suspension may be applied to an account when: (a) a security review is underway following unusual account activity; (b) outstanding KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe; (c) a chargeback has been initiated by the player's payment provider; or (d) the account has been flagged for potential prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the player may not deposit, withdraw, or access gaming functions. The suspension will be lifted once the triggering matter is resolved to kricky's satisfaction.

Permanent Closure by kricky

Permanent account closure will be applied where: (a) the player is found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07; (b) the player is found to be under 18 years of age; (c) the player provided false identity information during registration or KYC; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to kricky. Upon permanent closure for breach of these terms, all balances — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at kricky's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — are subject to the terms set out in kricky's Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, players will not receive marketing communications from kricky.
